The service includes all activities of cleaning, sanitation and sanitization of the company premises and related appliances of the offices of ACEA pinerolese industriale SpA listed in the annexes to the specifications. Summarizing the activities constituting the subject of the service are as follows:

— cleaning activities: procedures and operations aimed at removing dirt, unwanted materials on surfaces, objects, enclosed spaces and relevant areas,

— sanitation activities: procedures and operations aimed at the sanitation of enclosed spaces and relevant areas or the destruction or deactivation of pathogenic microorganisms through the use of specific products to ensure a reduced presence of germs,

— sanitization activities: procedures and operations that aim to sanitize closed spaces and relevant areas through cleaning, disinfection and sanitization for prevention, suspicious cases or Ensure Covid-19.

The value of the contract shall be considered as the limit of expenditure of the contract. After the time limit, the contract will be deemed terminated, regardless of the economic capacity.

Since the services referred to in Annex A, column 2 and those referred to in Annex B to the specifications are services related to the ongoing epidemiological emergency and therefore not predeterminable by the contracting station, in the supplier does not pay any right to obtain the entire amount allocated to them. Therefore at the time expiry of the contract, the same will cease to take effect between the parties and the supplier may only claim, if not yet made, the payment of the services actually returns.
