Description:
Requalification and extension of the Mundolsheim site of Electricité de Strasbourg

Design and construction contract for the grouping of Strasbourg's Strasbourg electricity sites on its MUNDOLSHEIM site: the Mundolsheim Operational Centre (COM).

Design-build works contract for the rehabilitation of existing buildings and new construction of the structure in two phases detailed in the consultation regulation.

The site represents a total surface area (mixed tertiary/industrial) in work of approximately 31,960 m², including approximately 19,500 m2 of tertiary area. The share of new surfaces is approximately 2,500 m2.

1,250 individual workstations will be located, with 1,500 buildings expected to be able to support them.
