The objective of this European tender procedure is to enter into Framework Agreements with Tenderers that fulfil all requirements.

Under these Framework Agreements, the Contracting Authority and the other Participating NCBs may issue Orders amongst all Contractors for ES2 banknotes for the production year 2025 and 2026 and (in case of extension of the Framework Agreements), for the production years 2027 and 2028.
