The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of 50 pieces of shelters of various sizes (from 2 to 4 spans, including one carport with shorter side walls) with a steel structure with glazed walls, a polycarbonate roof and aluminum showcases for timetables and the design, execution, delivery and assembly of a system consisting of 28 passenger information boards (including delivery and assembly of foundations, support poles and execution of power connections and electrical installations) with installed video monitoring, with an application enabling ad hoc remote on-line viewing of each of the cameras and enabling the tracing of video material with direct connection with individual devices (recorders).

Part I includes:

1) Delivery and assembly of 50 pieces of bus shelters of various sizes (from 2 to 4 spans, including one shed with shorter side walls) with a steel structure (columns made of profiles with a cross section of at least 40x40x3mm) with glazed walls, a polycarbonate roof and aluminum showcases for timetables. Showcases are to be equipped with a lighting installation,

2) Additional tasks:

a) disposal of 43 pieces of bus shelters that are not suitable for further operation,

b) disposal of 19 sets of photovoltaic sets that are not suitable for further operation,

c) revitalization of 15 existing bus shelters of various steel structures (with glazed walls and without walls) and dividing some into two parts or shortening, and then installing in a new location,

d) performing construction and road works by making or supplementing the cobblestones of part of the platforms and restoring the places where the shelters were placed to proper technical condition.

Part II includes:

Task I, including in particular:

1) Design, construction, delivery and installation of a system consisting of 28 passenger information boards (including delivery and installation of foundations, load-bearing poles and execution of power connections and electrical installations) together with installed video monitoring, with an application enabling ad hoc remote on-line viewing of each of the cameras and enabling the ripping of video material with direct connection to individual devices (recorders),

2) Integration of the delivered boards with the kiedyPrzyjedzie.pl system owned by the Ordering Party,

3) Providing a central board management system,

4) Providing detailed descriptions of data exchange interfaces of the dispatching application for board management,

5) As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will retrofit 8 pcs. video monitoring boards existing at the Ordering Party,

6) Preparation of full technical documentation, in particular design, execution, operation and service boards and technical documentation in the field of installation of devices, hardware and software,

7) Performing all necessary construction works, including m.in related to the operation of power wiring and installation of boards, in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards, along with the implementation of power connections and electrical installations supplying the boards,

8) Provision of maintenance services and removal of defects during the warranty period;

Task II, which includes the execution of electrical installations from power connections up to 29 pcs. shelters at selected bus stops.
