Implementation of security and reception services, maintenance, glass and special cleaning, green maintenance, path and street cleaning, winter services at DFS locations in the Rhine-Main area. A lot-by-lot allocation is planned.

The services are divided as follows:

Lot 1: Security and reception services, such as the operation of a security control center, the staffing of access gates and visitor receptions, as well as the operation of an ID office and the execution of patrols, internal office messenger services and janitorial services at Tower FRA, coordination of infrastructural services at external locations.

Lot 2: maintenance, glass and special cleaning.

Lot 3: Green maintenance, road and road cleaning, winter services.

1x deployment post: Head of Security Control Center, 365 days, 24 hours.

1x deployment post: Telephone switchboard/assistant to head of the security control center, 252 days, 12 hours.

1x assignment post: Visitor reception/supervision at the company headquarters 252 days, 14 hours.

1x assignment post: Visitor reception/supervision at the reception center, 252 days, 10 hours.

1x deployment post: Visitor reception/access control at gate 1, 365 days, 24 hours.

1x deployment post: Visitor reception/access control at gate 1, 252 days, 8 hours.

1x deployment post: Access control/supervision at the gate 9, 252 days, 14 hours.

1x deployment post: Access control/supervision at the gate 9, 252 days, 8 hours.

2x deployment posts: patrol, control and intervention service, 365 days, 24 hours.

1x deployment post: ID office - creation and administration of DFS service cards, 201 days, Mon-Thu 8.5 hours, 51 days Fr 7.5 hours.

1x assignment post: janitorial activities and internal office messenger services at Tower Frankfurt, 252 days, 7.5 hours (170 hours/month).

1. Campus Langen: operational, technical and office space, sanitary facilities, etc. with different floor coverings; approx. 140,000 sqm / glass surface approx. 41,000 sqm.

2. Tower Frankfurt: Operational, technical and office areas, sanitary rooms, etc. with different floor coverings: approx. 2,800 sqm / glass surfaces approx. 440 sqm, Tower Kanzel approx. 135 sqm glass surface.

2x assignment items outside the regular maintenance cleaning for special cleaning, 252 days, 7.5 hours.

DFS shall provide IT applications for cleaning management on the part of the client (e.g. for order processing and quality assurance), which are to be used by the contractor.

Special features for the Campus Langen location:

Campus Langen consists of 9 buildings and 2 multi-storey car parks and has a canteen and three cafeterias.

The air traffic controllers work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so special cleaning times apply during the night shift for the premises.

1x annually the large glass cleaning (glass with frame) takes place with large lifting platform and if necessary. Climbing equipment (courtyards company headquarters). The climbing costs are to be taken into account accordingly when submitting the offer.

Special cleaning is required and ordered. The special cleanings for Corona are to be considered separately.

Special features for Frankfurt Airport:

At Frankfurt Airport, the DFS property consists of two buildings, Tower Frankfurt Nord and Tower Frankfurt Süd. Tower North is located in the security area of the Lufthansa base; Tower South is used as redundancy and is located in the CargoCity South operating area. At Tower Nord maintenance cleaning is to be carried out daily, monthly glass cleaning of the tower pulpit and annual glass cleaning on the building.

Green care:

Green maintenance includes, among other things, mowing the lawn, fertilizing the lawn, sweeping artificial turf, cleaning pond surfaces, shrubs, ground cover, bamboo surfaces, riparian shrubs, reedbeds, hedges, green roofs and pruning.

The green areas consist of approx. 58,500 sqm of lawn, approx. 15,000 sqm of planting beds (shrubs, ground cover, bamboo areas, riparian shrubs, reedbeds, hedges, green roofs), a small forest, 5,000 sqm of water surfaces and a small field artificial turf sports field.

Road and path maintenance:

On all paved areas (approx. 40,000 m²), regular sweeping and cleaning work must be carried out outside and inside the fenced area, including all areas (approx. 15,000 m²) in the multi-storey car parks and underground car park.

Winter service:

Carrying out the winter service at the DFS Campus Langen.

Winter readiness from 15.10. to 31.03. of the following year.

Areas to be scattered/cleared: approx. 47,000 sqm.
