See II.2.4).
The Clinical Biology Laboratory of the OLV of Lourdes Hospital Waregem processes a total of around 85,000 orders on an annual basis. This gives rise to approximately 6 500 work samples per week, of which around 80% for non-microbiological analyzes. For chemical routine analyzes, this translates into 560,000 determinations on an annual basis.
The objective of this assignment is to replace the current analytical device for chemistry, as well as to increase efficiency, while maintaining quality and increasing the speed of reporting (Turn-Around-Time (TAT)).
The OLV of Lourdes hospital, as a regional hospital, is committed to high quality and patient safety. In the current financial precarious climate, the solution offered must be able to run for at least 7 years on the initially supplied and delivered hardware. The lab wishes to have analytical systems that are of high quality and offer the necessary guarantees for continuous and long-term use, with efficient deployment of laboratory staff. The tenderer guarantees to provide a platform that allows it to respond to new evolutions and innovations over a period of at least 10 years.
The workflow and traceability in the laboratory must increase in efficiency and the new platform must lead to a reduction in TCO.
Delivery place: Clinical Biology lab, OLV van Lourdes Hospital Waregem vzw, Vijfseweg 150, 8790 Waregem.
Duration: 7 years.
Delivery must be made in consultation with the clinical biology laboratory. The tenderer must specify in his tender the minimum period required for this delivery (see II.4) for the definition).
Explanation applicable for this total project: the assignment concerns the installation, connection, programming of the specific sample flow to the analytical device, commissioning, LIS connection, technical and user training, functional and operational validation, parameter validation according to validation plan by the Clinical Clinical Biology of OLV van Lourdes Hospital in Waregem, implementation and after-sales service (through maintenance contract) of the relevant in-vitro diagnostic tools. The tenderer guarantees to deliver a system that allows it to remain at the forefront of the evolution for a period of at least 8 years, if necessary by updating or extending the system in function of time.
