3. Obligations of the Contractor:
1) The delivery should include: transport, insurance for the time of transport, unloading, bringing and setting the subject of the contract in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as (if applicable) its installation and commissioning and, in the case of electronic equipment, also initial training.
2) The offered subject of the contract must be brand new, in the first grade, undamaged, free from physical and legal defects, fully functional and functioning without any disturbances and reservations, deprived of the rights and burdens of third parties, as well as corresponding to applicable standards and having the necessary certificates and attestations in accordance with applicable law, which will be handed over to the Ordering Party before signing the acceptance protocol.
3) The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract complete with all cables, consumables, subassemblies, etc., necessary for its proper use, ready for commissioning and use without additional expenditures and purchases.
4) The contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract admitted to the market and use in EU countries.
5) The Contractor will be obliged to provide operating instructions in Polish (if applicable) together with the subject of the contract.
6) The Contractor will be obliged to attach a warranty card (if applicable) to each subject of the contract covered by the guarantee.
7) The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract at its own expense.
8) All operating systems and programs included in the order must be accompanied by media, as well as installation and operating instructions and certificates confirming the Ordering Party's right to use the Software under this order (if applicable).
9) The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with access to driver updates via the website (if applicable).
10) The Contractor shall indicate the warranty period granted for the offered equipment (if applicable).
11) Warranty requirements: the minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party is counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol,
12) During the warranty period (within the offered unit prices). The Contractor will be obliged to provide any periodic inspections (the date of the inspection must be agreed with the ordering party each time), if they are required by the equipment manufacturer and perform repairs at the Ordering Party's headquarters or replace them with a new one, free from defects - in the event of damage caused by material defects, workmanship or other hidden defects, within no more than 5 days from the date of notification by phone / fax / e-mail.
