The objective of the invitation to tender is for Tensio AS to enter into parallel framework agreements with three to five providers for the hire of temporary staff for the companies in the Tensio Group. The objective of the agreement is to ensure the Tensio Group access to qualified personnel, for example in the event of short-term absence, holidays and / or situations where more resources or other expertise is required than what Tensio itself has available. Temporary staff can be hired as replacements for persons who will work on major projects, or hired for support functions in projects.

The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need to the hire of labour for three mercantile disciplines, e.g. customer service.
