The object of service is the manufacture, delivery, commissioning and acceptance of a maximum of 6 complete, powerful and robust snow removal units with truck as towing vehicle including snow plough and jet sweeper (semitrailer truck) for snow removal on flight operation areas.
The object is the procurement of brand-new trailed jet sweepers for snow removal at airports/flight operations areas (black clearance). The plan is to call off vehicles in 2024 (1 KBG), 2025 (2 KBG - Optional), 2026 (2 KBG - Optional) and 2027 (1 KBG - Optional).
There is no entitlement to the call-off of the vehicles (call-off of the option) for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027. Subject to the approval of the business plan for the respective years, the respective call-offs are always planned for December of the previous year and the delivery of the vehicles in October. The planned quantities also represent the maximum quantities that can be called up from the framework agreement.
Trailed jet sweeper:
— standard trucks, at least 420 hp, jet sweeper as semi-trailer,
— the jet sweeper unit shall be powered by an engine from the same manufacturer as that used for the truck,
— snow plough (foldable);
— effective clearing width of at least 5.50 m (in working position, approx. 32°);
— average clearing speed 30 km/h,
— brush shaft fitted with cassette plastic brushes;
— Establishment of the snow plough/jet sweeper ready for work in a maximum of 6 minutes at an ambient temperature of -10 °C (sweeping mirror adjustment, hydraulic units, engine starting behaviour);
— synchronous control of the plough and the jet sweeper unit via a control panel in the cab of the towing vehicle,
— Compliance with the exhaust gas standard in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act.
All vehicles to be procured must be equipped with a driver assistance system (precursor to autonomous driving), which makes it possible to dynamically assign roles and thus corresponding routes. This system is not only intended to relieve the driver by indicating the route with the least possible and at the same time still practicable deviation or by providing information, but also by pointing out the correct setting of the plough and the blower at certain waypoints defined in advance or in real time.
