The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Long-term rental of cars for the needs of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management – National Research Institute within 48 months, divided into 2 parts".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Description of the subject of the contract for lot No. 1 of the order (hereinafter OPZ for part No. 1 of the order), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and in the Annexes to the OPZ for Lot No. 1 of the order (Annexes 1.1-1.8).

1) Part No. 1 of the order includes long-term rental of 29 passenger cars along with full service, delivery and service of fuel cards enabling refueling and specific non-fuel purchases, as well as a GPS monitoring system and a package of OC, AC, NNW insurance (also covering abroad) as well as KR and Assistance in traffic within the European Union, i.e.:

a) 1 unit of passenger car type Sedan or Hatchback or liftback with petrol or hybrid engine;

(b) 14 Estate passenger cars with plug-in hybrid petrol engine;

c) 14 passenger cars of type Kombi VAN or Minibus with compression-ignition (diesel) engine.

The subject of the contract also includes supplies and services provided under the "right of option", the scope of which is specified in Ch. I paragraph 14 OPZ for part No. 1 of the order and in paragraphs 7-12 of Annex 1.7 to OPZ – Fuel cards. The use of rights in the scope of the "right of option" will depend solely on the needs of the Ordering Party. The contractor is not entitled to claim for non-performance of the contract specified under the "right of option".

Part No. 2 of the order includes long-term rental of 2 pieces of off-road pickup vehicles with full service, delivery and service of fuel cards enabling refueling and specific non-fuel purchases, as well as a GPS monitoring system and a package of OC, AC, NNW insurance (also covering abroad) as well as KR and Assistance in motion within the European Union, with a compression-ignition (diesel) engine.
