The municipality of Ameland is developing a residential complex de Stelp in the village of Hollum in Ameland. The task for the new building consists of building the residential care complex and connecting, linking and adapting part of the existing construction including the new infrastructure.

The assignment includes approx. 4,000 m2 of new construction and approx. 600 m2 adaptation/remodeling of the current building including infrastructure infrastructure environment.
