The object of the contract is a service in the field of reception, transport and development (preparation for reuse, recycling, other processes of recovery, disposal) of municipal waste from property owners residing in the City and Municipality of Kańczuga and from real estate which is not inhabited by residents and municipal waste is created in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to with the provisions of the Act on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, the records of the Provincial Plan for Waste Management, the Resolution No LXII/984/18 of the Sejmik of the Podkarpathian Voivodeship of 29 October 2018 and the provisions of the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the City of Kańczuga

The item of the order includes the following services

- receipt of transport and development of municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabited properties including:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste

2) paper, including cardboard;

3) glass;

4) Plastics and multi-stock packaging waste;

5) metals;

6) biowaste;

7) ash and slag from household hearths;

8) furniture and other large-sized waste;

9) construction and demolition waste;

10) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

11. packaging of plant protection products;

12) used tyres

(13) hazardous waste

14) expired drugs and chemicals

(15) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of the ingestion of medicinal products in the form of injecting conduct; monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes

16) waste batteries and accumulators

17) textile waste and clothing

2. The service will be provided in the following scope:

I) the collection, transport and landscaped of municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabitable properties received from the premises of municipal waste in the manner of:

(a) receiving unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste

(b) receiving segregated waste:

II) Management of waste collected from property owners in the City

and the Municipality of Kańczuga to municipal installations (in the case of small quantities of collected selectively collected waste, it is possible to indicate the entity collecting this waste) - indicated in the offer by the Contractor.
