1. The subject of this contract is the supply of reagents and accessories for the Biobank of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – National Research Institute, Gliwice Branch.

2. The description of the object of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the order are contained in

2) The proposed provisions of the agreement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract – Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract within the scope of task no. 1 includes the supply of accessories for the BIOMEK i7 apparatus, plates and tile lids from the manufacturer ThermoFisher.

2) The proposed provisions of the agreement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract – Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 2 includes the delivery of accessories for measuring temperature and humidity.

The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 3 includes the supply of cryo-tubes and scarves.
