The service of ensuring the safety of the Protected Site and people staying within the scope of the subject of the contract consists of a round-the-clock action to ensure the safety of life, health and personal inviolability as well as to prevent crimes and offenses against property, as well as to prevent damage arising from these events and not admission of unauthorized persons to the Protected Area, on the terms set out in the Act of 22.8.1997, on the protection of persons and property and in the contract. As part of the contract, the selected Contractor will also be required to ensure the safety of mass events (including football matches) in accordance with the Act of 20.3.2009 on the safety of mass events and conferences, banquets taking place at the Protected Area, i.e. the PGE National Stadium in Warsaw together with the adjacent area. The selected Contractor will be required to perform the subject of the contract, among others by planning, providing and managing people (Stewards) who meet the qualifications required by law and specified in the ToR.
