The project, “Embetsgarden” consists of the existing Court House, new construction, 2 breezeways (to the Court House and the council building), as well as the existing council building. Initially, the existing council building will only be connected to the new buildings (see the contract boundaries on the floor plans). The project consists of 2 construction stages. Approximately 900 m2 reconstruction of the old Court House and approximately 2 550 m2 of new construction.
