Framework agreement for the supply of office supplies (envelopes/mailing bags, books/pads, labels, folders, calendars, circulation folders with imprint, writing instruments, moderation, etc.) for all offices of the FHH, University of Hamburg, HCU, State University Library, TUHH, HfBK, HfMT, HAW, HPA AöR, Stadtreinigung Hamburg, Hamburger Friedhöfe AöR and Hamburger Krematorium GmbH

The FHH - tax authority - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a contract for the supply of office supplies.

The delivery item shall be delivered free of charge by the Contractor to all offices in Hamburg (authorities, district offices, customer centres, tax offices, state companies, schools/offices, UNI Hamburg, HCU, State University Library, TUHH, HfBK, HfMT, HAW, HPA AöR, Hamburger Stadtreinigung, Hamburger Friedhöfe AöR and Hamburger Krematorium GmbH) within the entire urban area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Excluded is Neuwerk as well as the need for circulation folders with a different imprint of the HPA AöR.

Contracting authorities and bodies governed by public law are hereinafter referred to as "institutions involved". The FHH was commissioned by these institutions to tender and conclude the contracts for the aforementioned service in their name and on their behalf and was accordingly authorized to make the necessary declarations of intent with effect for and against the included institution. At the request of the bidders, the authorization can be proven by submitting a copy of the power of attorney. Claims against the FHH for deliveries to one of the institutions involved are not substantiated. In particular, the FHH and the institutions involved are not jointly and severally liable.
