The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste, indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, from real estate located in the Bobrowniki Commune, where residents live, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point along with providing residents with bags for selective collection of municipal waste. The execution of the contract will take place in accordance with generally applicable law and acts of local law. The Contractor is obliged to perform all obligations contained in the provisions of the SWZ and the Agreement, as well as to exercise due diligence during the entire period of the contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of services on demand called Acceptance

and management of municipal solid waste from owners of real estate located in the Bobrowniki and PSZOK communes. The scope of the contract applies to all real estate inhabited in the Bobrowniki and PSZOK communes.

The service is financed in 100% by the Ordering Party.

The number of inhabitants registered in the Bobrowniki Commune is 3022 people. The number of people included in the declarations (residing in the Bobrowniki Commune) is 2323, including:

• up to 8 people live in multi-unit development,

• 40 people live in multi-unit buildings over 8 apartments,

• in single-family housing 2235 people.

In the Bobrowniki commune there are 859 households (multi-family and single-family buildings), which is divided into villages: Bobrowniki – 306, Bobrownickie Pole – 164, Bożepomóż – 63, Białe Błota – 18, Gnojno – 79, Brzustowa – 15, Polichnowo – 43, Rachcin – 121, Rybitwy – 50. In the Commune there are 20 properties of legal persons and about 10 residential properties where business activity is conducted.

Note: Property quantities are indicative. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of waste collection points. Their number during the term of the contract may increase or decrease and depends on the number of declarations submitted by property owners.

The area of the commune is 95 km2.

In the Bobrowniki Municipality in 2021, 294.86 Mg of segregated waste was collected - including:

74.3 Mg of mixed waste - from 875 property owners and 59.56 Mg

from PSZOK.

(4) Requirements for the transfer of waste:

As part of waste management, the waste collector is obliged to transfer the collected mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage to the regional waste treatment installation
