Vilnius City Clinical Hospital Antakalnio st. 57, Vilnius, reconstruction contract works with the preparation of the work project.

Scope of work and other related information:

1) type of construction — reconstruction of the building;

2) the place of construction — Antakalnio str. 57, Vilnius;

3) category of construction — special buildings;

4) the purpose of the structure — non-residential (treatment) buildings;

5) Description — construction works in accordance with 2021 technical project No:K-2015-VMKL-TP “Treatment purpose building in Vilnius City Clinical Hospital, Antakalnio str. 57, in Vilnius, reconstruction project “lead A and explanatory note, preparation of the work project and receipt of the document confirming the completion of the construction;

6) The building information model (hereinafter — BIM (“building information modeling”) must be developed, used and updated in accordance with the requirements set out in the document “Customer's requirements Employer information requirements (EIR) '. The supplier will have to dispose of legal BIM software for the performance of the contract and appoint a BIM coordinator, the tasks for the BIM coordinator and the requirements for the software are set out in Annex 2 to the explanatory note.

7) The supplier, when making a proposal and organizing works, must underestimate that field electrical engineering (ESO) works will be carried out at the construction site during the execution of the works. The supplier does not need to include the price of these works in the bid, but the contractor will have to coordinate the organisation of the works with the undertaking performing the work on the ESO part.

8) on behalf of the contracting authority, the supplier must submit a part of the work design constructions to the contractor designated by the contracting authority for the examination of the design part of the work project;

9) If necessary, the supplier will have to update the conditions of access, special requirements and other documents required for the preparation of the work project (e.g. topographic studies);

10) the supplier must underestimate and pay the geological surveys necessary for the preparation of the working project of the part of the structure;

11) the supplier is obliged to mark the territory of the construction site, including marking and embedding of geodetic coordinates, rappers, red lines on the construction site and their schemes; marking of designed structures, (parts) engineering networks and communication communications at the construction site; located on the construction site a plan of engineering networks and communication communications of structures, (parts of them);

12) mobile equipment and mobile furniture according to the technology part equipment timesheet “Vilnius City Clinical Hospital Buying Equipment Shadet” and the furniture timesheet “Vilnius City Clinical Hospital Buying Furniture Shipset” are not purchased for this purchase.
