The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of street lighting network elements in the Sieradz Commune and the dismantling of existing elements as part of the task entitled: Replacement of street lighting in the Sieradz Commune from energy-consuming lamps to energy-saving lamps co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Ład under the Strategic Investment Program.

(1) The subject of the contract shall include in particular:

a) replacement of existing, worn-out and inefficient luminaires with modern luminaires with LED light sources in the amount of 1 190 pieces, including:

− Type 1 in the amount of 840 pcs - min. luminous flux 8000lm, luminaire power in the range of 50W-55W, road distribution minimum lm/W 148,

− Type 2 in the amount of 350 pcs - min. luminous flux 11800lm, luminaire power in the range of 70-80W, road distribution minimum lm/W 141,

b) replacement of the housing supply cables with new ones,

c) replacement of luminaire security features with new ones,

(d) partial replacement of booms and attachment accessories.

2) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, a list of lamps to be replaced and a bill of quantities – Annexes No. 1, 2, 3 to the SWZ.

3) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to grant the following warranty periods for the following elements making up the contract:

a) the Contractor's guarantee for the assembly and installation works performed for a minimum of 24 months from the date of trouble-free final acceptance,

b) manufacturer's warranty for installed luminaires for a minimum of 10 years,

c) for other devices warranty in accordance with warranty cards, with the proviso that the period from the warranty cards will not start earlier than 14 days before the date of final acceptance.

4) The Contractor's response time to notification of installation failure during the warranty period may not be longer than 48 hours. The response time is understood as the time from the moment of notification to the moment of starting to remove the reported failure.
