As part of this tender, the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Deventer, Epe, Heerde, Olst-Wijhe and Voorst purchase integration facilities for the implementation of the new Inburgering Act (starting date 1.1.2022). They concern the following integration provisions:

B1 route for asylum status holders, consisting of Language, Knowledge of the Nederlandse Maatschappij (KNM) and the Module Labour Market & Participation (MAP);

Z-route for asylum status holders, consisting of Language, Knowledge of the Dutch Society (KNM), the Module Labour Market & Participation (MAP) and 100 hours for practical assignments;

Module Labour Market & Participation (MAP) for family migrants and other migrants.

It concerns the purchase of the following integration facilities:

— B1 route for asylum status holders,

— Z-route for asylum status holders,

— MAP for family migrants and other migrants.

The municipalities want to conclude an agreement with two contractors for a period of four years. Subsequently, the agreement can be extended twice for two years.
