Call for request to participate - framework agreement for 4 years for the supply of equipment for medical imaging and related services
Object of these deliveries: framework agreement for the supply of equipment for medical imaging and related services for a period of 4 years.
In application of Article 2, 4 O of the Law of 15.6.2006 on public procurement, the H. Hart Hospital Lier will act as a procurement center for Briant in the sense that it will award public contracts or framework contracts relating to works, supplies or services intended for contracting authorities, government companies or contracting authorities entities, in particular:
- Imelda Hospital vzw, Imeldalaan 9, 2820 Bonheiden,
- General Hospital Jan Portaels Vilvoorde VZW, Vaartstraat 42, 1800 Vilvoorde,
- Emmaüs vzw, Edgard Tinellaan 1C, 2800 Mechelen.
The contract will be awarded to one or more candidates. In the 2 e phase each participating organization will write together or separately organize mini competitions every time there is a need for the purchase of [...] (see assignment documents).
