The purpose of the market is to entrust the mission of follow-up and animation of a planned operation of improvement of the habitat (OPAH) including:

- communication with the public and partners;

- mobilization of the various local actors and identification of target audiences;

- welcoming and informing the public;

- advisory missions, assembly and administrative monitoring of files;

- assistance in steering and monitoring the operation.

All of these assignments will give rise to a fixed monthly fee for the service provider, to which a variable part will be added to the number of files submitted.
