SOLTAK AB (hereinafter referred to as the Orderer or Soltak AB) conducts a procurement for Ramavtal Consultbrokers. The Prohibitor invites tenderers, hereinafter referred to as a supplier, to tender in accordance with this procurement document.

Extent
The requester intends to procure an independent consultancy broker who, during the period of contract, shall convey and provide consultants in three areas of consultancy:
IT
Payroll administration
Economic Administration
In Annex 2 - Consulting Areas, the requester has exemplified competencies that there is a need for in each area of consultancy.
Upon completion of the procurement, the requester intends to sign framework agreements with a (1) vendor.
The planned contract start for the framework agreement is 2022-10-31, however, this date may be changed to later dates.
