Description:
Support, advice and accommodation in the Landesunterkunft Bad Segeberg

The State Office for Immigration and Refugees Schleswig-Holstein (LaZuF) operates a state accommodation (LUK) in 23795 Bad Segeberg, Segeberger Str. 106a. As a rule, the LUK should accommodate up to 600 residents. Optionally, the LUK can be occupied by up to 1200 people for short periods in the event of capacity bottlenecks. The LaZuF will be represented locally by employees as the responsible immigration authority and contractual partner.

The residents should be advised and cared for by a care association/a company. Your catering will be ensured by catering. A security guard service is on site around the clock.

A medical service (ÄD, corresponds to a general medical practice) has been set up. A police station has also already been set up, which is manned during the day from Monday to Friday.

The self-image and the obligation of the LaZuF as the sponsor and host of the LUK to a welcoming culture and the goal of the integration-oriented distribution of residents with the prospect of remaining as well as the support of sustainable return of residents without prospects of remaining must be lived and supported conceptually as well as in the implementation by the service provider. When designing accommodation, counselling and care, the special vulnerability of children and other vulnerable groups of people must be taken into account and appropriate measures must be taken to implement them.

Tasks / activities:

a) management,

b) home care,

c) social counselling/conflict management/street working within the property,

d) childcare,

e) leisure activities of minors,

f) qualified, age-independent leisure activities / coordination and guidance of non-profit residents according to § 5 AsylblG / volunteer coordination,

g) perspective advice,

(h) leisure activities of minors;

(i) preparatory measures for reintegration;

j) Establishment and operation of a clothing store (issue of donated clothing, in individual cases new procurement in consultation with the LaZuF (from the annual material cost budget (without hourly rate; to be provided by a-f, if necessary volunteers).
