Heating and control work.

The following work is planned as part of the construction of the new building:

- Technical room district heating transfer station with a total output of 500kW;

- Technical room heating distribution consisting of: a heating circuit distributor with 12 nozzles in the dimensions from DN100 to DN25, heating water treatment according to VDI 2035 as a circulation system, automatic pressure maintenance and degassing for the entire system;

- Superordinate regulation for the entire heating technology (new building and old building);

- Heat transfer areas consisting of approx. 600m 2nd Underfloor heating and 10 pcs. Heating surfaces;

- Pipeline network steel pipe welded from DN 25-DN100 with a total length of approx. 550 m.

The following work is planned as part of the construction of the old building:

- In the old building of the construction project described above, an existing heating system is renovated in terms of energy and connected to the new district heating transfer. The existing heating boiler from Elco, with an output of 300 kW, is dismantled together with all accessories;

- The existing hydraulics are connected to the new district heating;

- The entire pumps (8 pcs) are replaced by new energy efficient pumps;

- The existing insulation is improved according to the EnEV;

- The control technology is connected to the new building via a fiber optic connection and can therefore be operated from both locations.
