The contracting entity offers a framework agreement for consulting engineering and architectural services (Lot 1) and a framework agreement for client consultancy (Lot 2) in connection with the operation of the Contracting Entity's property portfolio and the associated activities.

The contracting entity wishes to enter into a binding framework agreement with five (5) consultants per lot. Subject to the limitations set out in point 1.5.2 of the specifications.

The specific tasks under the framework agreement will be awarded according to either direct award, cf. section 99 of the Danish Procurement Act, or mini-tenders, cf. section 100 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, depending on the estimated value of the task, cf. framework agreement, clause 2.3.

Due to uncertainty in the estimation, the actual consumption and thus the maximum value can be up to 30% higher than the estimated volume per lot. The contracting entity refers to this notice Part II.2) Information on lots for information on expected volumes per lot.

Engineering and architectural services, cf. Framework Agreement Appendix B – Service description for Construction and Landscape 2018 and Framework Agreement Appendix B1 – Service description for the specific task for architectural and engineering consultancy.

Advice and assistance within construction projects, where it is a task with technical advice incl. design.

Technical advice may mean that the task only includes limited advice, e.g. assistance in the design of an initial analysis, a building programme, a project proposal, energy optimisation or specific analyses.

The estimated value below is given for the entire duration of the framework agreement.

Client consultancy, cf. Framework Agreement Appendix C – Service description for Client Consultancy 2019 and Framework Agreement Appendix C1 – Service description for the specific task for client consultancy.

Client consultancy means a consultant who advises and assists the contracting entity in the cooperation between this and associated technical consultants, contractors, etc.

The estimated value below is given for the entire duration of the framework agreement.
