The contracting authority intends to make use of the restricted procedure, pursuant to art. 17 of Legislative Decree no. 208/2011 and with the criterion of the lowest price pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 4 b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments as the supply of such materials has standardized characteristics.
