The Parish Union of Helsinki (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity / client) requests a contract offer for the extensive renovation of Malmi Church in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contract form is a fixed-price total contract, in which the contractor of the total contract acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in the legislation. The main contractor is responsible for site management responsibilities, site services and occupational safety. The main contractor procures the contracts for plumbing, ventilation, building automation and electrical work, as well as elevator work, in accordance with the tender documents.

The bidder must visit the site to visit the site, see the contract program. The subscriber excludes a tenderer who is not familiar with the object from the tender.

The contract calculation period for the project is January-February 2023, the contractor selection will be made in March 2023, and the work at the site will be tentatively carried out between May 2023 and November 2024.

Malmi Church was completed in 1981. The church was designed by architect Kristian Gullichsen (1932-2021). In addition to the church building, the complex includes a bell tower, an outdoor storage room and a pergola corridor that connects the aforementioned red-brick buildings to the building built in 1933 as the vicar's office on the same site. The vicar's office has been out of use for six years due to indoor air problems. In this contract, no measures are taken to the inside of the vicar's office. External drains with the necessary work related to the vicar's office are offered as an option price included in the contract, the implementation of which is decided by the developer before the start of the contract. The measures proposed in the plans target the church and the associated red-brick smaller buildings.
