The project will renovate, expand, implement new construction, and demolish the exiting buildings at Kittilä church village in the school centre area.

The estimated total value of the acquisition is the amount the subscriber has set aside as the project appropriation, including the cost of the total contract, the costs of the builder and the acquisitions.

The form of the acquisition is the total work.

Middle School:

The construction project encompasses the expansion of the middle school built in 1967 with canteen and foyer halls, as well as the construction of an elementary school as an extension.

A gateway will be built between the upper colon and the primary school.

The project includes 4pc of yard canopies and a bus canopy.

Maintenance building:

The construction project comprises a maintenance building to be implemented as a new building and a waste canopy located in the maintenance yard.

The maintenance building is a 1- storey timber building with garage, storage rooms and office rooms with staff social facilities.

High School:

The project includes space changes to the 1st floor. The premises of pupil service will move to the premises of textile work and teacher's room. In the premises of the 1st floor, classrooms and youth services will also be located.

The condition of the splashing of facades is partially poor, they are corrected to the extent presented in the plans.

Yard:

The construction project comprises all yard functions, furnishings, fittings, vegetation, coatings, locating areas and light transport lanes associated with the courtyard area of the school centre.

Demolitions:

The project will demolish the buildings of the following sites: Cuckoo, Kotilo and Paja.
