The Slakthusområdet project is emerging and is facing challenges regarding the management of construction waste in the project. The project therefore needs to establish an agreement with a waste contractor who will handle construction waste from developers and contractors in the Slakthus area.

The number of developers and construction establishments will change throughout the course of the project. The total extent is described in AFA.2, but it is estimated that about 7 houses are being built at the same time, but can at times be down to around 2 or up to 9 pieces. The content of the waste will change during construction construction, i.e. from foundation work of basement walls to house construction. See more about scope AUC.1.
