The Norwegian Building Authority needs assistance with project management and project assistance in order to realise the ByggNett strategy and further develop Fellestjenester BYGG, including project management for GeoLett, as well as assistance with DigiTEK. The procurement will result in a contract with one company who can offer one permanent consultant.

The procurement will result in a contract with a company who can offer one permanent consultant to cover the following work areas:

— project coordination of the cooperation project with KS/FIKS,

— project management for the further development of Fellestjenester BYGG,

— project management for GeoLett,

— assistance in launching and facilitating the ByggNett-strategy,

— competence and assistance within research and reviews,

— competence within innovative procurements,

— other project assistance for the priority area digitalisation and implementation of the ByggNett strategy and Fellestjenester BYGG.

A Framework Agreement for up to 4 years will be signed with one tenderer. The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years. Any contract extension must be taken up before the contract expires.

The contract has an estimated value of 1 800 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum and 7 200 000 NOK excluding VAT over the entire 4 year period.
