The purpose of this tender is to purchase home modifications and care units.
The Region intends to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) providers for lot 1 and a framework agreement with a maximum of two (2) providers for lot 2. The providers to be contracted must start with the desired services as of July 2023 on the basis of the Social Support Act 2015 (hereinafter Wmo-2015).
It was decided not to put the procedure back on the market via an open house construction, but by means of a public European procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012.
The reason for this is that De Regio likes to enter into an Agreement with fewer providers so that better agreements can be made about the service.
This call for tenders shall be published subject to administrative decision-making.

The estimated annual value of plot 1 is € 700,000 and is based on the size of the housing adjustments in 2022. The total expected estimated value of lot 1 is therefore €5,600,000,- . The maximum value of plot 1 is €8,000,000.
Lot 2: Care unitsThe estimated annual value of plot 2 is € 85,000 and is based on the size of the residential care units in 2022. The total expected estimated value of lot 2 is therefore €680,000,- . The maximum value of lot 2 is €960,000.
