The North Savo ELY Center will request your offers for the operation of public transport services in accordance with the Gross Fee Agreement in the areas of Northern Savonia and South Savo.
The content of the transport contract is defined in more detail in the attached tender documents. In this contract model, the box office belongs to the subscriber.
The contract is subject to Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Service Contracts Regulation), the law on transport services (320/2017) and the Law on the award of specific contracts (1398/2016). These terms and conditions shall be applied in the case of carriage based on gross compensation where the carrier or its agent operates a ticketing and charging system.
All competitions also require the approval of either the Kuopio or Mikkeli Waltti and ticket system ticket products, depending on their location.
Item 1The contract is in the form of a gross contract in which all the box office income belongs to the subscriber.
Items 1-4 are created by the subscriber / city of Kuopio in the Waltti system of Kuopio and items 5-7 are created by the subscriber / city of Mikkeli in the Waltti system of Mikkeli.
