- Construction under full closure and single-track line operation on construction tracks
Traffic management:
- Construction and maintenance of a traffic routing for the state of construction
- Establishment of several construction areas, taking into account the use of rescue vehicles and personal rescue in the construction sector
TO 1 - Services LVB
Track construction:
- approx. 500 m double track in the type green track and undertrack on special railway body (provision of rails and sleepers free construction site is carried out by AG) with ceiling closure / road construction work
- 2 turnouts incl. loading/unloading/transport capacity within Leipzig to the construction site
- 2 x 250 m construction/dismantling of temporary construction tracks
Fahrleitungsarbeiten:
- approx. 500 m renewal of catenary system
- approx. 10 pcs of new catenary masts (8 on the Zeppelin Bridge) as combination masts with lighting
- 2 x 250 m assembly/dismantling temporary catenary system
Traction current:
- approx. 500 m of civil engineering services for cable trenches for 2- to 8-speed cable laying in parts with empty conduit laying (cable delivery and cable pulling is carried out by another contractor) with restoration of the ceiling closures in the pavement/street area
- approx. 3 pcs control cabinets
Light signal/curve lubrication system:
- approx. 100 m trenches with piping
- approx. 3 pillars for mast position at three locations
- 1 switch cabinet
road construction:
- approx. 1,000 m² bituminous slab closure work in the street-level track
TO 2 - Services VTA
- 844 m³ excavated soil
- 4050 m³ demolition and recycling of concrete
- 4200 m³ concrete and reinforced concrete works (end walls and load distribution plate)
- 1425 m² plastering work (end walls)
- 3225 m² waterproofing and surfacing work (waterproofing and asphalt surfaces of pavements and roadways)
- 77 m³ natural stone masonry (new parapet walls)
- Betoninstandsetzungsarbeiten (Rissverpressung, Reprofilierung)
TO 3 - Services LWW
outside the bridge:
- approx. 20 m dismantling DN 300 GG
- approx. 150 m dismantling DN 100 GG and DN 100 GG a. B
- approx. 170 m installation DN 300 GGG (provision of pipe materials for TWL (except for transitional supply) by AG)
