A special feature of the commune is the existence of 2 urban clusters : Bieruń Stary and Bieruń Nowy, located about seven kilometers apart. The total amount of municipal waste collected from real estate located in the Bieruń commune is about 9,600 Mg / year. a) a detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter SOPZ) - Annex 1 to the specification of essential terms of the contract (hereinafter SIWZ);

b) model contract - Annex 2 to the ToR;

c) sample calculation form - Annex 7 to the ToR. 3.3. The Awarding Entity provides for the requirements referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law Act, concerning employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under a contract of employment of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance indicated by the contracting authority. Requirements in this respect are contained in SOPZ, model contract. The contracting authority provides for awarding contracts based on art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law Act in the net amount of up to PLN 3 576 432.00, i.e. awarding within 3 years from the date of granting the basic contract to the current Service Contractor, a contract involving the repetition of similar services, if such an order was provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract and is consistent with its subject and the total value of this contract has been taken into account in calculating its value. The Contractor does not include the supplementary contract in the price calculation for the contract in question.
