The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Ryglice, broken down into two parts:

1) collection, transport and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal solid waste from real estate inhabited in the municipality of Ryglice and the selective municipal waste collection point in Ryglice - estimated amount of waste: 1664 Mg

2) collection, transport and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal solid waste from the Ryglice commune - estimated amount of waste: 65 Mg

The specific scope of the object of the contract and the manner of execution is defined in the SWZ and its annexes, i.e. the templates of contracts and the rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order within the municipality of Ryglice, resolutions on the detailed manner and scope of delivery of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from the owners of the property and the development of this waste.

The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Ryglice, i.e.:

— the collection, transport and development of non-segregated (mixed) solid municipal waste, segregated from real estate inhabited within the municipality of Ryglice and the selective collection of municipal waste in Ryglice,

— equipping residential properties (households) with containers for the collection of solid municipal waste — lease of containers by the Contractor for the duration of the contract,

— supply to inhabited properties (households) bags for selective collection of solid municipal waste.

The subject of the contract includes the collection from the property, individually from each household, of the entire mass of municipal solid waste, both non-segregated (mixed) and collected in a selective way, as well as transport and management of collected waste by achieving the level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 27 March 2017. on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" (Dz. Woj. Małop. of 2017, item 2264, as amended) and the provisions of the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ryglice Commune.

The subject of the contract also includes the collection of the entire mass of segregated municipal solid waste, delivered by the inhabitants of the Ryglice commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located at 27 A. Mickiewicza Street in Ryglice, transport and management of collected waste by achieving the level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of weight reduction biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" (Journal of Laws of the Malopolska Region). Woj. Małop. of 2017, item 2264, as amended) and the provisions of the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ryglice Commune.

The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed in 2024 is about 1 535 Mg / 12 months, of which about 691 Mg will be segregated waste.

Households - point of selective collection of municipal waste in Ryglice: the estimated amount of waste planned for collection, transport and management is about 129.00 Mg / 12 months.

The specific scope of the object of the contract and the manner of execution shall be defined in the SWZ and its annexes, i.e. the template of the contract and the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order within the municipality of Ryglice, resolutions on the detailed manner and scope of delivery of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from the owners of the property and the development of this waste.

The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal solid waste received as well as separately collected by recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, and in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of weight reduction of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill are achieved, o as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the following municipal solid waste from the area of the Ryglice Commune:

- segregated and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the Municipal Office in Ryglice, 9 Rynek Street,

- non-segregated (mixed) from the market square and streets in the village of Ryglice, and from the village centers of streets in individual villages in the Ryglice Commune,

- non-segregated (mixed) from communication stops located in the Ryglice Commune,

- non-segregated (mixed) from the Municipal Cemetery in Ryglice at 11 listopada Street,

- segregated and non-segregated (mixed) from the market square in Ryglice, at Tarnowska Street.

Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste intended for landfill should be transferred to appropriate municipal installations (in accordance with applicable law).

The estimated amount of municipal solid waste to be collected, transported and managed is: 65.00 Mg / 12 months, including:

- Municipal Office in Ryglice: about 10.00 Mg / year, including: paper - about 2.00 Mg / year; glass - about 2.00 Mg / year, plastics, metals - about 1.00 Mg / year, non-segregated (mixed) - about 5.00 Mg / year;

- market square and streets in Ryglice, village centers and streets in individual villages in the Ryglice Commune and transport stops located in the Ryglice Commune: about 10.00 Mg / year;

- Municipal Cemetery in Ryglice at 11 listopada Street: about 40.00 Mg/year;

- market square at Tarnowska Street in Ryglice: about 5.00 Mg / year, including: paper, textiles - about 0.50 Mg / year; glass – about 1.50 Mg / year, plastics, metals – about 0.25 Mg / year, non-segregated (mixed) – about 2.75 Mg / year.
