Receiving and processing (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Lubaczów Municipality in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing waste biodegradable transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (text one. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1439) and implementing acts, as well as the records of the Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathia Voivodeship and local law in particular specifying the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services in the field of the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of these waste, the rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Lubaczów Municipality.

Any amount of municipal waste issued in front of real estate will be collected and handled from property owners who produce waste.

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) selectively collected municipal waste (i.e. plastics, metal, multi-plant packaging, glass, paper and cardboard) and biodegradable waste with particular regard to biowaste,

c) other waste generated in households, such as bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment (so-called mobile - mobile waste collection from the property of the owners of residential properties).
