The result that the municipality wishes to achieve through this tender is a framework agreement with one (1) contractor. This will take effect on 1 March 2023 and has a term of two (2) years, with an option for the municipality to extend 2x 1 year. Notice period is 6 months.

The hardware to be purchased within this tender concerns the following:

▪ Laptops inclusief laptoptas of sleeve;

▪ Mobile phones including protection;

▪ Monitors (with and without docking station);

▪ Other accessories (such as mouse, keyboard, cables, laptop stand, etc.).
