With this invitation to tender, the ZVH is inviting tenders for the entirety of all planning, supply, construction and services that are necessary for the realization of a fully functional plant in accordance with the results of basic engineering and the design and approval planning of the building. Essentially, the subject-matter of the present award procedure comprises all the planning, supply and construction services necessary for the construction of the process functions superordinate to the procedural apparatus for the generation, collection, distribution, control and safety-related monitoring as well as for the integration of process engineering main apparatus into an overall functional plant.

With this invitation to tender, the client tenders the entirety of all planning, supply, construction and services that are necessary for the realization of a fully functional plant in accordance with the results of basic engineering. The planning, supply, construction and services associated with the building (architecture/object planning, public development, civil engineering, shell construction, expansion, building services, outdoor works) are the subject of a separate invitation to tender and are not owed within the scope of this tender. Furthermore, the customer intends to put out to tender separately essential main procedural equipment of process and plant technology in pretreatment, reaction and downstream processing.

Essentially, the subject-matter of the present award procedure comprises all necessary planning, supply and construction services for the construction of the process functions superordinate to the procedural apparatus for the generation, collection, distribution, control and safety-related monitoring of energy, media, auxiliary and operating materials as well as for the integration of main procedural apparatus into an overall functional plant. The planning of and cooperation in the integration of the parts of the entire system to be tendered by the Client and to be realised by the Client itself in connection with the services of the Contractor tendered herein are also part of the subject of this tender. Furthermore, the subject matter of this invitation to tender includes the entirety of all planning, supply, construction and services necessary for a complete integration of the process technology into the building.

The tasks/performance and the main results and documents of the planning, supply, construction and services for the realization of the process technology are described in document 2132_GURS_001_cBA_Lastenheft_konsekutive_Phasen.pdf. Within the scope of this tender, the contractor must provide all described services with regard to the higher-level process pipeline, transfer panels, main equipment of the media generators and / distribution, process technical outdoor areas (outdoor parking spaces, media panels, storage/logistics, pipeline and media bridge), process automation, electrical systems, I&C and IT infrastructure and security technology for the entire plant.
