Strand municipality shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement with option for 1+1 year extension for surveying landed properties and the implementation of surveying service. Strand municipality executes approx. 2 surveying services per week and Hjelmeland municipality executes approx. once a week. However, the scope will vary based on the number of applications submitted to the municipalities.

The estimated value of the agreement is NOK 5.6 million. excluding VAT over a four year period.

The value is a guideline and shall not represent any obligations for the municipalities nor give the tenderer any rights.

Strand municipality shall facilitate the implementation of the surveying service, including submitting notifications thereof. For Hjelmeland municipality this shall be executed by the tenderer. The municipalities are responsible for preparing cadastral registers from the received survey data and submit notifications to Statens kartverk [the Norwegian Mapping Authority].

Sub-providers are not allowed in this framework agreement.
