The objective of the tender contest is to enter into an agreement regarding detailed engineering design of the project ‘Clean Port’. The assignment includes all works and functions in connection with clearance work, application for a complete general permission for measures, and complete tender documentation for the engineering, procurement and construction of the clearance work. The clearance measures are described in the attached report named ‘General measure planning in Hammerfest port’ (prepared by Multiconsult, 2014). The action plan and supplementing surveys as well as ground surveys are the most central reports in relation to this assignment. Other relevant reports are also available.

The estimated value of the assignment is between 1 500 000 and 2 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The value is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Since this is a joint venture project between Hammerfest municipality, Hammerfest Port Authority and the Norwegian Environment Agency, the contracting authority makes reservation that funding is granted from all involved parties.
