supply of Personalized Accompaniment Vouchers (CAP) "Autonomy" for the Department of Creuse

The Creuse Departmental Council wishes to order "Autonomy" Personalized Support Vouchers (CAP) (single-use hygiene products), for people covered by the Personalized Autonomy Allowance (Apa) at home and the Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH). The services are performed by means of purchase orders with a minimum of 300,000 euro(s) excl. VAT and a maximum of 600,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for the initial period and each possible renewal period. Place of execution: at the premises of the service provider who will send the cheque books, by post, directly to the home of each beneficiary
