Nuffic wants to receive support in organizing large domestic events. The event agency is called in for large events. For this reason, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) Tenderer for Event Management. The Framework Agreement is expected to take effect on 1 April 2023 and has a duration of two (2) years with the possibility for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement by two (2) times one (1) year.

The scope of the Framework Agreement is expected to be approximately € 1,200,000 excl. VAT (approx. € 300,000 per year). The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is set at € 1,500,000 excl. VAT, for the entire term of the Framework Agreement including renewal options. N.B. These values relate to the total budget of large events including costs of suppliers/subcontractors such as costs for location and catering, and not only to the rates of the staff of the event agency.
