The process automation systems at the microbiological laboratory are end of life and need to be replaced. The systems have been used for more than 15 years and no longer comply with current techniques, which means that maintenance is increasingly required and the applicable security requirements can no longer be met. In addition, it has been found that optimization and required capacity expansion is necessary and can be achieved by an adapted design of the analysis blocks.

Vitens is looking for a party that, in addition to being an implementation partner, will also be a management partner.

The purpose of this tender is to reach an Agreement with one Contractor. This Contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer who has issued the most economically advantageous Tender, i.e. the Tender with the best value for money.

By means of this tender, Vitens wishes to achieve the following:
