The subject of the contract is the extension of al. Kilińskiego and Mostowa and Kolejowa streets in Płock as part of the Development of sustainable urban mobility in the city of Płock - stage II. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority Axis IV "Transition to low-carbon economy" Measure 4.3 "Reduction of air pollution" Sub-measure 4.3.1 "Reduction of air pollution and development of urban mobility" of the Regional Operational Program of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020.

The scope of the investment includes:

- extension of Aleja Jan Kiliński on the section from the intersection with al. Stanisława Jachowicza to the intersection with ul. Warszawska, ul. Norbertańska and ul. bridge,

- extension of ul. Mostowa on the section from the intersection with ul. Warszawska, ul. Norbertańska and al. Jan Kiliński to the bridge named after Józef Piłsudski's Legions,

- extension of ul. Kolejowa from the bridge Józef Piłsudski Legions to the roundabout of Jan Marek Lajourdie,

- reconstruction of al. Stanisław Jachowicz and al. Józef Piłsudski on the section from the intersection with ul. 11 November to the intersection with ul. Otolińska.

As part of the contract, the Contractor will design, obtain the necessary decisions (including replacement decisions) in the scope specified in the Terms of Reference and provide author's supervision over the entire task.
