Open procedure, pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 letter sss) and art. 60 D.Lgs. 50/2016, for the award of the contract, falling within the ordinary sectors, for a duration of 36 months starting from the date of the report of delivery of the service, concerning the set of activities necessary for the management, maintenance and monitoring of the MISE in progress at the former bus shed "Collatina", located in via Renato Birolli 6, in Rome, pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/06. Call for tenders n. 52/2023 - CIG 98088127B9. The details and specifications of the individual services are indicated in the Special Specifications.

The contractual relationship may have a shorter duration in the event that the forfeiture, revocation or modification of the in-house assignment to ATAC occurs, as provided for by Municipal Resolution no. 273 of 6/08/2015 and subsequent no. 453 of 29/12/2023, without the recognition of any amount, including compensation, in favor of the contracted operator.

The activities covered by the service are described in the special specifications.

The maximum estimated amount of the contract € 372,000.00, divided as follows:

a) € 310,000.00: basic tender amount, of which:

- € 280,000.00 Amount of the service, subject to tender reduction, of which:

a1) Mise plant - € 70,000.00;

a2) Mise Management - € 200,000.00;

a3) Elaboration of Risk Analysis – Plant sub-area - € 5,000.00;

a4) Elaboration of the Reclamation Project - € 5,000.00;

- € 30,000.00 Amount for any extraordinary activities, subject to reduction;

b) € 62,000.00: Option amount extended within 20%.

The amount of security costs (pursuant to art, 26, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments) is € 0 (zero).

The extraordinary activities of the economic framework must be expressly requested and authorized by ATAC S.p.A. and will be compensated 'to measure' on the basis of the 'Price List' (Annex 2 to the technical specification) and, for construction and plant engineering works, with reference to the Lazio Region price list ed. 2022, net of the tender reduction; if not requested, the successful tenderer will not be able to make any claim on them.

The option of extension within the 20% pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 12, Legislative Decree 50/16, referred to in letter b) of the economic framework, will eventually be activated in relation to future business needs with a specific authorization act issued by the competent corporate bodies with the relative budget coverage.

Within the total amount, the costs of the related labor, pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended by art. 13 of Legislative Decree 56/2017, are estimated at € 14,863.36.We will proceed with the revision of prices in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.

The contract will be awarded with the criterion of the lowest price pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 4) lett. b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in favor of the competitor who has presented the maximum single percentage reduction.
