The purpose of this contract is the provision of a bandwidth service for each link interconnecting the following RENATER points of presence (POPs):

- AVIGNON and MARSEILLE 2

- NICE and SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS

The services of the Account Holder relate to:

- The provision, commissioning and maintenance in operational condition of a bandwidth service per link;

- A quality of service defined in article 3.4 of the CCTP.

Lot 1 concerns the provision and maintenance in operational condition of a bandwidth service interconnecting the POP of AVIGNON and the POP of MARSEILLE2.

Lot 2 concerns the provision and maintenance in operational condition of a bandwidth service interconnecting the NICE POP and the SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS POPs.
