It is a 2-phase assignment:

1) 1st Phase: Selection guide: the supplier must meet the selection criteria of the publication and submit the application by the date stated of the publication.

2) 2nd phase: If it appears that the candidates are able to carry out both, they will receive an invitation to submit their tender.

The assignment includes:

- The Regional Hospital H. Hart Leuven will open a new outpatient clinic in the autumn of 2023, in this building the reception and the various consultations will be spread over 4 floors. The device must be complete at the opening. The look & feel of the building and furnishings should radiate both homeliness and tranquility, so that the patient feels welcome and is reassured. The design also takes into account that the patient mix is diverse, also in their mobility and provides opportunities for a diverse publicity. (see assignment documents)
