Description:
Refueling and fuel discontinuation of ON and unleaded gasoline 95 and 98 with the possibility of partial tenders.

1. The object of the order is periodically repeated non-cash purchase of liquid fuels (diesel fuel, increased cetane diesel, unleaded petrol PB95 and PB98) for vehicles and equipment at the disposal of the Ordering Party, carried out at petrol stations in the form of cards fuels assigned to the vehicle/equipment concerned. (the list of equipment is annex 1 to SIVZ). - I part of the order.

2. Successive delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of diesel fuel intended for the propulsion of compression-ignition engines,

The volume of delivery of diesel fuel is a total of 500.000 liters for 2 years. - II part of the order.

Fuel Refueling at Petrol Stations

1. The object of the order is periodically repeated non-cash purchase of liquid fuels (diesel fuel, increased cetane diesel, unleaded petrol PB95 and PB98) for vehicles and equipment at the disposal of the Ordering Party, carried out at petrol stations in the form of cards fuels assigned to the vehicle/equipment concerned. (the list of equipment is Annex 1 to the SIVZ).

2. Purchase of fuels will be carried out successively as required by the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall have a minimum of one gas station at which the fuel required by the Contracting Authority will be available. The gas station must be open 24 hours a day minimum of 7 days a week. The station must be located up to 6 km from the headquarters of the Ordering Party i.e. Local 11, 43-100 Tychy.

3. Settlement will be based on the fuel being actually refueled. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor issue a minimum of 5 up to 1 invoice per month for actually fueled fuel. The minimum payment date for the invoice is 7 days from the date of delivery of the invoice to the Ordering Party. The number of invoices issued will depend on the quantity offered in the offer (offer form) — the number of invoices issued per month is a criterion for assessing tenders. Reports covering information on the amount of tanked litres, type of fuel refueled, vehicle registration number and the state of the meter at refueling will be provided to the Ordering Party at each invoice.

4. A fuel card (consistent with the registration number) will be issued to each vehicle. In addition, the Contractor will also issue cards on persons who will refuel each vehicle (after providing the required data: vehicle number, meter status).

5. Fuel standards must meet:

(a) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015 item 1680).

(b) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247).

(c) standards PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 Fuel for motor vehicles — diesel fuels — test requirements and methods.

(d) standard PN-EN 228+A 1:2017 -06 fuel for motor vehicles — unleaded gasoline — test requirements and methods.

A fuel card (consistent with the registration number) will be issued to each vehicle. In addition, the Contractor will also issue cards on persons with which each vehicle can be refueled (after providing the required data: Vehicle No, Counter Status)

The contractor will also issue 10 spare fuel cards for the company. The validity period of fuel cards must include the time for which the contract will be implemented. The fuel cards issued will only be and exclusively for fuel refueling.

- Diesel oil complying with applicable standards: 600,000 liters/2 years

- Diesel fuel with increased cetane number: compliant with current standards: 15 000 liters/2 years

- Unleaded petrol PB 95 in accordance with applicable standards: 12 500 liters/2 years

- Unleaded petrol PB 98 in accordance with applicable standards: 7 500 liters/2 years

The subject of the order shall be the successive delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of diesel fuel intended for the propulsion of compression-ignition engines,

1. The volume of diesel delivery is a total of 500.000 liters per 2 years.

2. If laws or standards are amended, diesel should comply with the requirements set out in the regulations and standards applicable at the day of delivery.

3. The place of supply of diesel fuel is: a 5 m3 free fuel tank located in Tychy at 11 Local Street, with legal features and legalizations. When unloading diesel, the tank requires the use of a pump at the autocystern. One-time delivery to this tank should not be more than 5 m3.

4. The Contractor shall deliver diesel fuel to the location indicated by the entity within 48 hours of the time of placing the order electronically. Orders will only be sent on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory days) until 12:00 a.m., and an order placed after 12.00 will be treated as an order placed on the next working day at 6.00.

5. The entity referred to in point 1 shall determine the type of diesel being procured each time in the contract.

6. The Contractor shall be obliged to supply the ordered diesel, at his expense and risk, only on working days from 6.00 to 14.00.

7. The Contractor shall supply diesel using the means of transport-autocystern. Loading and unloading boxes in autocysterns should be secured with intact seals. The autocystern shall be equipped with legalization features of the publishing and pump equipment and printers indicating the exact quantity of diesel fuel issued at a reference temperature of +15 0 and at real temperature. The autocystern should be retrofitted with a special tip with a tap valve (the so-called elephant), which will be placed between the tanker drain valve and the drain hose for sampling.

8. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide at first delivery an up-to-date Substance/Preparation Characteristics Card issued in accordance with applicable law.

9. The Contractor is obliged for each delivery to fulfil all obligations, in particular the notification obligations referred to in the Act of 3 April 2017 on the monitoring system for road carriage of goods (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 708).

10. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide for each delivery, before each unloading of the autocystern, a set of necessary documents relating to the supplied ON, including at least (a) a quality certificate (laboratory judgment), (b) a delivery disposition (infusion card).

11. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a pre-inspection (before unloading the autocystern).

12. The Contracting Authority has the right to perform at the expense of the Contractor a quality test of the diesel delivered in an accredited laboratory of his choice.

13. Diesel receipts will be made based on the indications of the Ordering Authority's control system in dm3.

14. The quantity of fuel shown above is an estimate, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to order less fuel and in that case the Contractor will not be entitled to claim in this respect.
