Bundesstraße 4 runs between Braunschweig and Gifhorn through the towns of Meine and Rötgesbüttel. In the future, these two places are to be relieved of through traffic by a four-lane bypass. In the course of this, 3 buildings (BW 05Ü, BW 13Ü and BW 15Ü) are to be built.

The underpassed B4 (new) tracks the control cross-section RQ21 in accordance with the guidelines for the construction of country roads in the sections under consideration.

The total costs of the construction project amount to an estimated 5.00 million euros (gross).
